WHAT WE DO:  We specialize in providing information sharing services for the Criminal Justice Community.  We utlize BPM to align and unify business and IT activities around human and system actions in the context of business processes.  Using open source software, we will help your organization increase productivity, reduce errors and redundant data entry, make your process more visible through dashbaords aligned with key performance indicators (KPI) for decision making, simplify your business process, and allow more flexibility for application modification as your business process changes and/or requires change as a result of continuous process improvement. 

 

HOW WE DO IT:  We will analyze your current As-Is process and then capture baseline measures of that process.  A business analyst will then work with Key Stake Holders and Process Owners within your organization to model a To-Be business process.  This To-Be model not only provides a business perspective but a systems perspective.  The business analyst will then coordinate with a sytems analyst to develop all front end and back end systems and integrate existing information systems and assests within your current IT infrastructure.  Upon completion, the baseline measure from the As-Is process will be compared with the To-Be process measures to assist in quantifying your return on investment (ROI).
